About

James “Jim” Giacinto, LMT, BCTMB

I am a dual-licensed massage therapist in Florida and New York, National Board Certified in Therapeutic Bodywork, with advanced training in Orthopedic Manual Therapy.

I have worked with international tennis players, soccer players, and figure skaters, as well as Broadway performers, NBA and NFL athletes, and Cirque du Soleil artists. My teaching experience includes academic and clinical settings, including Stony Brook University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy continuing education program.

Before pursuing licensure in massage therapy, I spent over a decade in New York City as a Master Class instructor at leading fitness studios including Equinox. I became certified across movement disciplines including personal training, Pilates mat, kettlebells, spinning, cardio kickboxing, and dance. I owned a private fitness studio in New York City, and my work was featured in media and news through Equinox and U.S. fitness conventions.

After recognizing a clear gap in hands-on musculoskeletal care, I pursued licensure in massage therapy to develop a more integrated approach. I have extensive experience working in physiotherapy settings treating complex chronic pain, and maintained a private practice in the Flatiron District in New York before relocating to South Florida.

I collaborate with physiotherapists, sports medicine physicians, chiropractors, and integrative health practitioners to support clinical outcomes and performance recovery.

I am based in South Florida and provide mobile service.
